Returns on Digital Products

Since Digital Products are in the group of goods / services that cannot be returned due to their nature, we cannot accept returns, (disposable goods / services are all kinds of software and programs that can be copied).

Returns on Physical Products

  • Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the item(s), unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging as you received it.
  • To return your product(s), you must send it back in its original packaging to the address provided to us.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Damaged / Missing Products

If your order contains damaged or missing items for any reason, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact our support team for a Damaged / Missing Product Claim. When you email us, make sure to put Damaged / Missing Product Claim in the subject line so we can take care of it right away!

Example Scenarios

“My tracking information has been delivered but I haven’t received it yet.” If we have confirmed with the post office and shipping company that it has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items during delivery.

If our shipping company or the post office cannot confirm that the product has been delivered. You are required to contact us and let us know, we will then make arrangements to send you another item or issue a refund.

If the package was delivered to the exact same address that the recipient provided to us and it is an address entered by mistake, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we are always happy to take care of our customers, so if this error was caused by you, we will still work with you to ensure that you receive your product at a discounted price! However, this is at the discretion of our customer support team, so please double check your shipping address when entering your information at checkout. If you think you have made an address error, CALL US IMMEDIATELY so we can take care of it before the order is processed.

Returns

Once we have received your product(s) in the condition and manner set out above, we will process your return immediately and notify you at that time. To issue your refund, we will only initiate a refund to the payment method you used for your purchase. Once the credit has been processed, the payment will usually reflect in your account within 5-10 days, depending on the issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs yourself to return your product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received a product with a free shipping promotion, you will still have to pay the required shipping costs for the product.
